Crispy Pan-Fried Potatoes
If you’ve ever wondered how to take basic potatoes from "meh" to mind-blowingly good, this is your answer. These pan-fried potatoes are golden, crispy, and packed with flavor thanks to a combo of our Apples to Oranges Citrus Chicken Blend and Applewood Chipotle BBQ. And yes, they taste as good as they sound.
This one’s easy enough for a weekday breakfast but bold enough to hold its own at dinner next to steak, burgers, or even roasted veggies.
What You’ll Need
3 lbs petite potatoes, halved and par-boiled
1 ½ Tbsp Apples to Oranges
1 Tbsp Applewood Chipotle BBQ
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp fresh chopped garlic
¾ cup olive oil or 1 stick of butter
1 chopped onion
1 tsp salt
Parmesan cheese (for topping)
How To Make Them
Par-boil your potatoes until fork-tender, then drain and set aside.
In a large pan over medium heat, warm your oil or butter and add salt.
Add your potatoes and chopped onion to the pan, cut side down.
Once they start to brown, sprinkle on Apples to Oranges, Applewood Chipotle BBQ, sugar, and garlic.
Stir occasionally and cook until golden, crispy, and coated in flavor.
Remove from heat and top with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Double the batch—these go fast. You can also toss leftovers into a breakfast scramble or serve them with grilled chicken for a quick, satisfying meal.
