What You’ll Need
3 lbs ground beef
1 lb ground pork
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 ½ tsp salt
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp minced onion
3 Tbsp garlic powder
3 Tbsp parsley
2 Tbsp Original Smoke Blend
2 ½ Tbsp Applewood Chipotle BBQ Seasoning
4 Tbsp sugar
¾ cup cold water
¾ cup cheese garlic croutons, crushed fine
How To Make Them
In a large bowl, combine everything. Yes—everything!
Mix well (hands are best).
Roll into meatballs—small for apps, big for dinner.
Pan-fry or bake until they reach 155°F and the outside is browned.
Serve hot with or without sauce (trust us, they don’t need much).
