Lobster Ravioli in Lemon White Wine Sauce

Lobster ravioli is already a treat—but this sauce? This sauce makes it unforgettable. Bright citrus from our Apples to Oranges blend meets the warmth of Original Smoke and the kick of green Thai chilis in a buttery white wine sauce that clings to every bite.

This is the kind of meal that feels fancy, but comes together fast. Whether you’re making dinner for guests or just want to treat yourself midweek, this dish brings restaurant-level flavor with minimal effort.

Ingredients

  • 3 (8 oz) bags lobster ravioli

  • 1½ cups white wine (Pinot Grigio is our go-to)

  • 1½ cups water

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • ½ cup chopped green onion (reserve green tops for later)

  • ¼ cup chopped parsley

  • 2 tsp Tee’s Apples to Oranges

  • 1 tsp Tee’s Original Smoke

  • 3 green Thai chilis, chopped

  • 3 Tbsp sugar (or to taste)

  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, plus more for serving

  • 2 Tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Boil ravioli for 4 minutes, then drain and set aside.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium. Sauté the white part of the onions, chilis, and garlic until fragrant.

  3. Add Apples to Oranges and Original Smoke and stir for 1 minute. Add lemon juice and cook for another minute.

  4. Pour in wine and water, bring to a simmer, then add sugar and parmesan.

  5. Simmer until slightly reduced, then finish with butter, green onion tops, and parsley.

  6. Return ravioli to the pan to warm through, then serve with extra parmesan.

Tee’s Tip: This sauce also works beautifully over grilled shrimp, scallops, or chicken.
